Customix is a product personalization app that helps merchants create interactive shopping experiences on Shopify. With Customix, you can easily add customization options such as text, image upload, color swatches, image swatches, maps, QR codes, and many more without any coding. This quick start guide will walk you through creating your first Option Set and publishing it to your store. The Assets library stores the resources you use to create personalized products, including images, fonts, colors, mockups, vectors, and maps. Keeping these assets organized makes it easier to find and reuse them when building Option Sets. Access the Assets Library From the Customix dashboard, click Assets in the left sidebar. Image Upload Personalization
The Upload Photo option lets customers upload their own image, such as a family photo, a logo, or a pet picture, and see it applied directly onto the product preview. It's the option merchants reach for whenever a product needs a customer-supplied image instead of typed text. To add it, go to Option sets in the sidebar, open the option set for your product, click Add option, choose Upload photo under Image, then click Add. The Image swatch option lets customers pick from a set of named images, where each choice actually swaps the artwork shown on the canvas. It's the option to reach for when a design has real visual variants, like different colorways of the same illustration, rather than a plain value picker like Additional Swatch. The Offers feature allows you to bundle a trigger product with one or more additional products and offer customers a special discount. Customers can select and personalize every product in the bundle directly from the trigger product’s page without navigating between multiple product pages.
