Frequently Bought Together Offers - Product Bundle
Frequently Bought Together is an Offers feature that lets a merchant bundle a trigger product with one or more other products at a discount. When a customer buys the bundle, every discounted product in it can be personalized without ever leaving the trigger product's page.
Creating an offer

Offers live under Campaigns in the left sidebar.

The Offers page lists every existing offer along with its status, type, and discount. Click Add to create a new one.

- Offer name: the internal name for the offer, shown only in the admin. It is not shown to customers.
- Status: Draft or Active. An offer only appears on the storefront while it is Active.
Trigger products
Trigger products are the products that make the offer appear. When a customer visits any trigger product's page, the offer's Frequently Bought Together block shows up on that page.

Click Browse next to Trigger products to open the product picker.

The picker shows every product in the store with its Status badge, a search box to filter by name, and pagination for stores with many products. Check one or more products and click Select to add them.
Discounted products
Discounted products are the products that receive the discount once the offer is claimed. The Discounted products section uses the same Browse picker as Trigger products.

Once added, discounted products can be dragged to reorder them, this is the order they appear in on the storefront's Frequently Bought Together block. A trigger product and a discounted product can be the same or different products, and an offer can have more than one of each.
Display
- Title: the customer-facing name of the offer, shown as the heading of the Frequently Bought Together block on the storefront.
Discount

- Discount type: No discount, Fixed amount, Percentage, or Free shipping.
- Discount value: the amount or percentage taken off, shown next to the Discount type field with the matching currency symbol or percent sign.
- Min products to apply the discount: the minimum number of discounted products a customer must select before the discount applies. Leave it empty if there is no minimum product requirement.
Customer storefront experience

On a trigger product's page, the Frequently Bought Together block appears below the product's own personalization panel. It shows the offer's Title with a badge for the discount amount, a checkbox for each discounted product with its discounted price next to the crossed out original price, and a Claim Offer button, separate from the page's own Add to Cart button.

The Claim Offer button shows the combined discounted total next to the crossed out full total for every currently checked discounted product.

Clicking Claim Offer marks the offer as claimed, shown by a "You have claim offer" confirmation, and reveals an Edit button next to each discounted product.

Clicking a discounted product's Edit button opens a full screen overlay, without navigating away from the trigger product's page, showing that product's own mockup and its own personalization fields. Every field can be changed independently of the trigger product.
Note: if the trigger product and a discounted product share an identical personalization field, for example both take a name or both take the same photo upload, give both fields the same Global ID in their template's option set. Matching Global IDs make the discounted product's field auto-fill with whatever the customer already entered on the trigger product, so they do not have to type or upload it again from scratch. Fields without a matching Global ID stay empty and need to be filled in separately.

Changing a field, in this case the flower selection, and clicking Save closes the overlay and keeps the customer on the original trigger product page. Each discounted product in the bundle has its own Cancel and Save controls, so they can be personalized one at a time and independently before the customer adds the whole bundle to the cart.
