How to Install Customix on Your Shopify Store

Getting started with Customix Product Personalizer is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to install the app and start creating personalized product experiences on your Shopify store.

Step 1: Install the App

• Go to the Customix App Listing on Shopify.
• Click Add app.
• Log in to your Shopify store (if you haven’t already).
• Click Install app to complete the installation.

Step 2: Grant Required Permissions

Customix will request access to your store’s products, themes, and orders. These permissions allow the app to:

• Embed the customizer on your product pages
• Retrieve product info for setup

Don’t worry, we only use what’s necessary to power the customization experience.

Step 3: Access the App Dashboard

After installation:

• Go to your Shopify admin → Apps → Customix Product Personalizer
• From the main dashboard, you can start managing templates, products, campaigns, and orders

Step 4: Enable App Embed on Your Theme

• Go to Shopify admin -> Online Store -> click **Edit Theme **

• Click on the third icon on the menu bar and enable Customix app
