Customix now supports a new special customization type called Starmap, allowing you to generate a star map based on a specific date, location, and sky configuration.

This feature is ideal for anniversary gifts, wedding gifts, baby birth posters, memorial gifts, and personalized astronomy-themed products.

1. Where to Find Starmap

Inside the Template Editor:

1. Go to Templates → open any template
2. On the left panel, click the Elements tab
3. Select the Starmap icon (the starry circle)

A starmap element will be added to your design.

2. Starmap Settings

When selecting the starmap layer, the right-side settings panel will show customization options.

Show Milky Way

Displays the Milky Way band in the star map.

Show Constellations

Adds constellation lines to the map.

Show Graticule

Displays grid lines (latitude/longitude style) for a more technical look.

Sky Color

Choose the background color of the star map.

3. Personalization Options for Customers

You can enable the following personalization inputs:

• Personalize with Color Palette: Customer chooses from predefined sky colors.
• Personalize with Color Picker: Customer selects any custom sky color.
• Personalize with Date Picker: Allows customer to select a specific date for generating their star map. (Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or special occasions.)

The starmap will update automatically based on the chosen date.
