Manually Add a Product to Product Base

This guide will walk you through how to manually create a new product listing in your Customix Product Base. This is useful when you want to define custom product specifications that are not tied to fulfillment partners (e.g., Printify, Printful).

Step 1: Open Product Base


Navigate to Product Base from the main menu.
Click the Add button on the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Set Up Basic Product Info


Product Name: Enter the product name (e.g., "Unisex Softstyle T-Shirt").
Fulfillment: By default, this is set to "Manual" when adding custom products.

Step 3: Define Print Areas


Click Add print area (e.g., Front, Back).
Specify the print dimensions in pixels (e.g., 4200 x 5400 px).
You can add multiple print areas if needed.

Step 4: Upload Mockup Previews


Under the Previews section, click the plus (+) icon to upload product mockup images.
You can upload multiple images showing different angles or colors.
Use the checkboxes to select your main display mockup.

Step 5: Add Product Variants


Scroll to the Variants section.
Click Add option and name it (e.g., "Size", "Color").
Enter option values (e.g., Small, Medium, Large).
You can add multiple options (e.g., Color and Size combinations).

Step 6: Save Your Product


After setting everything up, click Save.
Your product will now appear in the Product Base list and can be used in templates.
