Manually Add a Product to Product Base
This guide will walk you through how to manually create a new product listing in your Customix Product Base. This is useful when you want to define custom product specifications that are not tied to fulfillment partners (e.g., Printify, Printful).
Step 1: Open Product Base
- Navigate to Product Base from the main menu.
- Click the Add button on the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Set Up Basic Product Info
- Product Name: Enter the product name (e.g., "Unisex Softstyle T-Shirt").
- Fulfillment: By default, this is set to "Manual" when adding custom products.
Step 3: Define Print Areas
- Click Add print area (e.g., Front, Back).
- Specify the print dimensions in pixels (e.g., 4200 x 5400 px).
- You can add multiple print areas if needed.
✅ Tip: Match print size to your design resolution for the best results.
Step 4: Upload Mockup Previews
- Under the Previews section, click the plus (+) icon to upload product mockup images.
- You can upload multiple images showing different angles or colors.
- Use the checkboxes to select your main display mockup.
Step 5: Add Product Variants
- Scroll to the Variants section.
- Click Add option and name it (e.g., "Size", "Color").
- Enter option values (e.g., Small, Medium, Large).
- You can add multiple options (e.g., Color and Size combinations).
Step 6: Save Your Product
- After setting everything up, click Save.
- Your product will now appear in the Product Base list and can be used in templates.
