Product Mockups

Mockup assets are used to display how your personalized design will look in a real-world product context, like a framed poster on a wall, a phone case on a table, or a mug on a desk. This helps your customers visualize their final product and boosts conversion by showcasing the product in a polished, professional setting.

Uploading Mockup Files

You can upload mockups in two ways:
Upload files: Add individual mockup images manually.
Upload zip: Bulk upload a collection of mockup images in one go.

Organizing Mockups

Once uploaded, you can organize your mockup files into folders. Right-click the folder or use the "..." menu to:
Edit the folder name and thumbnail
Move to another folder
Delete (only if the mockup is not being used in any template)

Using Mockups in Templates

To use a mockup in a design:
Go to the Templates section.
Click on the Preview tab.
Under the Mockup section, click Change.
Choose the appropriate mockup folder and image.
Save your changes.
The selected mockup will now be shown as the live preview on your storefront. This makes it easier for customers to understand what their customized product will actually look like.
