Prodigi Integration

With the Customix Product Personalizer integration, you can connect your store to Prodigi and automate the order fulfillment process.


How to Integrate Prodigi with Customix

Step 1: Log in to Your Prodigi Account

  • Visit [https://app.prodigi.com]() and sign in to your account.

Step 2: Access Your API Key

  • In the left-hand menu, go to Settings > API.
  • Under API authentication, click Show key to reveal your API key.
  • If needed, you can regenerate a new key.

Step 3: Paste the API Key into Customix

  • Go to the Customix Product Personalizer app in your Shopify dashboard.
  • Navigate to Settings > Fulfillments.
  • Find the Prodigi integration section.
  • Paste the copied API key into the field provided and click Update to activate the integration.

How It Works

Once your store is integrated with Prodigi:

  • When you create a campaign using a product imported from Prodigi’s catalog, Customix links the product to the correct fulfillment source.
  • When a customer places an order, click Request Fulfillment from the order view inside Customix.
  • The order is pushed to Prodigi for production and delivery.
  • Once Prodigi ships the order, the tracking number is automatically synced to your Shopify Orders dashboard.

This integration allows for a fully automated POD workflow, so you can focus on designing and selling, while Prodigi handles production and logistics.
