Printify Integration
Customix allows you to directly integrate with Printify, a leading Print-on-Demand (POD) fulfillment provider. This connection helps you automate fulfillment and streamline your order management process.
How to Connect Printify with Customix
Step 1: Generate API Token in Printify
- Log in to your Printify account.
- Click on your profile avatar in the bottom-left corner.
- Navigate to Connections.
- Click Generate to create a new API token.
- Choose All scopes (full access) to enable full order fulfillment functionality.
- Copy the API token.
Step 2: Paste API Token into Customix
- Open the Customix Product Personalizer app in Shopify.
- Go to Settings > Fulfillments.
- Find Printify under "API fulfillment providers."
- Click on it and paste the token into the API key field.
- Click Connect.
Once connected, the status will switch to On ✅.
How Printify Integration Works
After integration:
- When you create a campaign using a product imported from the Printify product base, Customix links it to Printify.
- When you receive an order, simply click "Request fulfillment".
- The order will automatically be pushed to Printify for production.
- Once fulfilled, tracking information will be auto-updated in your Shopify order dashboard, no manual update needed.
