Connecting your Customix account with Merchize allows you to automate your fulfillment workflow via API. Follow these steps to get your credentials.

Step 1: Retrieve your Merchize API Credentials

• Log in to your Merchize Seller Dashboard.
• On the left-hand menu, scroll down to the Integrations section and click on API.

• In the API dashboard, you will see two main pieces of information needed for the connection, ensure the Access Token tab is selected and click the copy icon in the top right corner of the black box to copy your token.

Step 2: Integrate with Customix

• Open your Customix backend dashboard and go to Settings -> Fulfillments.

• Select Merchize from the list of fulfillment providers.

• Paste your key into the corresponding credential fields. Click Check API Key to verify the connection, then click Save to finish.
