Cutout.pro is a versatile AI service that supports multiple visual transformations for product personalization. In Customix Product Personalizer, it can be used for the following functions:

• Background removal
• Face cutout
• Face cartoonized
• General cartoonized selfie effects

Step 1: Get Your Cutout.pro API Key

• Go to https://cutout.pro and log into your account.
• Click the API tab in the navigation menu.
• You’ll be directed to your account API key page.
• Copy the Main API key displayed there.

Step 2: Connect Cutout.pro in Customix

• Open the Customix Product Personalizer app in Shopify.
• Go to Settings > Services.
• Scroll to the "Available services" section.
• Find Cutout.pro and click to expand it.
• Paste your API key into the input field.
• Once connected, the status will display as Connected.

After connecting Cutout.pro, you can assign it as the default tool for:

• Remove background – Automatically delete image backgrounds.
• Face cutout – Extract faces from customer-uploaded images.
• Face cartoonized – Apply cartoon-style filters to face selfies.
• Cartoonized – Convert full selfies into cartoon avatars.
