Integrating Customix with CustomCat allows you to automate order fulfillment. Follow these steps to generate your API key and connect the accounts.

Step 1: Create a Store and Retrieve your CustomCat API Key

• Log in to your account at app.customcat.com.
• On the left-hand sidebar, click on Settings. In the Settings dashboard, switch from the "Account" tab to the Store tab.

• Scroll down to the Connect API or CSV section and click the Create API Order button.

• On the API Connect page, you have to enter the store name and URL, then click Connect.

• Once saved, go to the API sub-tab under Store Settings.
• Locate the API Key with Read/Write access and click the copy icon to copy the key.

Step 2: Integrate with Customix

• Open your Customix backend dashboard. Go to Settings -> Fulfillments.

• Select CustomCat from the list of providers.

• Paste the API Key you copied into the credential field. Click Check API Key to verify, then click Save in the top right corner.
