Organizing with Folders

Images are grouped into folders, which makes it easier to find and manage assets later:

  • Click Add Folders to create folders for specific themes (e.g. “Dog Breeds,” “Mother’s Day Clipart,” etc.)
  • After upload, drag or move images into a category for better organization.

These categories will appear in the template editor when image assets.

How Images Are Used in Templates

Uploaded images can be applied in various ways:

  • As image upload layer in a template layout
  • As clipart selections when you select a folder
  • As fixed decorative layers that are not customer-editable

You’ll place and control these images inside the Design screen of your template editor.
