Shirtee is a POD solution tailored for enterprise-level sellers, offering high-quality fulfillment and extensive customization. By integrating Shirtee with Customix, you can automatically send your personalized orders to Shirtee for production and delivery.

Step 1. Retrieve Your Shirtee API Credentials

1. Log in to your Shirtee account.
2. From the sidebar, go to Api Order → Settings.
3. Here you’ll find your Authentication API URL and Sandbox Authentication API URL.

• Copy the Authentication API URL for connecting live orders.
• Use the Sandbox Authentication API URL if you’re testing in a development environment.

Step 2. Open Fulfillment Settings in Customix

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Apps → Customix Personalizer.
2. From the sidebar, select Settings → Fulfillments.
3. Scroll down to find Shirtee in the list of providers.
4. Click on Shirtee to open the integration settings.

Step 3. Connect Shirtee with Customix

1. In the Credential section, paste your Authentication API URL (and Sandbox URL if needed).
2. Click Check API Key to validate your connection.
3. Once validated, select the Shirtee store you want to connect.
4. Save your settings.

Notes & Tips

• Webhook Settings: Shirtee supports webhooks for real-time updates. Make sure your X-Token (header authentication) is correctly configured if using webhooks.
• Sandbox vs Production: Use the Sandbox API for testing to avoid sending real orders. Switch to the live API for production.
