# Send Order to Fulfillment Providers

If you’ve connected Customix to a supported third-party fulfillment provider such as **Printify**, **Printful**, or **Prodigi**, you can easily automate the next step after receiving an order.

# Request Fulfillment
Once an order is placed through your Shopify store and shows up in the Customix dashboard:
1. Open the **Order Detail Page** in Customix.
2. You’ll see a **Request Fulfillment** button (at the bottom right).
3. Click **Request Fulfillment**.
That’s it, we’ll send the order, including the generated print file, directly to your connected fulfillment provider.

# Automatic Sync with Shopify
After the third-party provider processes and ships the order:
* The **tracking number** will automatically sync back to your **Shopify Order Dashboard**
* The order status will update in both **Customix** and **Shopify**
You don’t have to manually enter tracking info or mark it as fulfilled, it’s all handled automatically.

⚠️ Make sure you’ve properly connected your account with the chosen provider in the **Integration Settings** before using this feature.
