Send Order to Fulfillment Providers

If you’ve connected Customix to a supported third-party fulfillment provider such as Printify, Printful, or Prodigi, you can easily automate the next step after receiving an order.


Request Fulfillment

Once an order is placed through your Shopify store and shows up in the Customix dashboard:

  1. Open the Order Detail Page in Customix.
  2. You’ll see a Request Fulfillment button (at the bottom right).
  3. Click Request Fulfillment.

That’s it, we’ll send the order, including the generated print file, directly to your connected fulfillment provider.

Automatic Sync with Shopify

After the third-party provider processes and ships the order:

  • The tracking number will automatically sync back to your Shopify Order Dashboard
  • The order status will update in both Customix and Shopify

You don’t have to manually enter tracking info or mark it as fulfilled, it’s all handled automatically.

⚠️ Make sure you’ve properly connected your account with the chosen provider in the Integration Settings before using this feature.
