Printway Integration

Printway is a global Print-on-Demand (POD) network that enables local production and shipping to reduce carbon footprint and delivery times. By integrating Printway with Customix, you can automatically send personalized orders from your Shopify store to Printway for fulfillment.


Step 1. Generate Your Printway API Tokens

  1. Log in to your Printway account.
  2. From the left sidebar, go to Store.
  3. Click + Connect APIs.
  4. In the pop-up window, click Generate Token to create your Access Token and Refresh Token.
  5. Copy the tokens for use in Customix.

Step 2. Open Fulfillment Settings in Customix

  1. In your Shopify admin, open Apps → Customix Personalizer.
  2. Go to Settings → Fulfillments.
  3. Find Printway in the provider list.
  4. Click on Printway to open its integration settings.

Step 3. Connect Printway with Customix

  1. In the Credential section, paste your Access Token into the required fields.
  2. Click Check API Key to verify the connection.
  3. Once validated, select the Printway store you want to connect.
  4. Save your settings.


Apply the API key


Printway will now appear as an active fulfillment provider in your Customix dashboard. All new orders with Printway product in your Customix campaigns will automatically sync to Printway for production and fulfillment.


Notes & Tips

  • Token Expiration: If your connection expires, return to Store → Connect APIs in Printway and regenerate tokens.
  • Multiple Stores: Make sure to connect the correct Printway store under the Store dropdown in Customix.
  • Support: For API or syncing issues, please contact Printway Support.
