Printful Integration

Printful is a popular Print-On-Demand (POD) fulfillment provider that lets merchants print and ship customized products globally. You can now integrate Printful directly into the Customix Product Personalizer app to automate fulfillment and sync order tracking seamlessly.

How to Integrate Printful with Customix


Step 1: Log in to the Printful Developer Dashboard


Visit https://developers.printful.com/login
Sign in using your Printful account credentials.

Step 2: Create a Private API Token


Choose Private token from the API options.
Click Create a token.

Step 3: Set Up Token Details


Enter a Token name and your Contact email.
Set an Expiration date (maximum of 2 years).

Step 4: Select Access Level and Scopes


Select A single store and choose your store from the dropdown.
Under Scopes, make sure to allow full access:

Step 5: Copy the API Key


After creating the token, copy the newly generated API key.

Step 6: Paste the API Key into Customix


Open the Customix Product Personalizer app in Shopify.
Navigate to Settings > Fulfillments.
Locate the Printful section and click the toggle to enable.
Paste your API key into the prompt and click Update.

How It Works


Once Printful is integrated:
When you create a campaign using a product imported from the Printful product base, Customix will automatically link it.
When a customer places an order, you can click Request Fulfillment from the order dashboard.
The order will be pushed to Printful for production.
Once fulfilled by Printful, tracking details will be automatically synced back to your Shopify account.
This integration streamlines the workflow for Printful users, saving time and reducing manual errors.
