# Pricing FAQs

### 1. How does the pricing work?
Customix offers four pricing plans to fit your business needs:
* **Beginner Plan:** Free — includes 10 free personalized orders per month and up to 10 campaigns.
* **Starter Plan:** $14.99/month — includes 100 free personalized orders per month and up to 100 campaigns. After that, a $0.70 transaction fee applies per personalized item starting from the 101st order.
* **Pro Plan:** $29.99/month — includes 350 free personalized orders per month and unlimited campaigns. After that, a $0.50 transaction fee applies per personalized item starting from the 351st order.
* **Elite Plan:** $199.99/month — includes 1,000 free personalized orders per month and unlimited campaigns. After that, a $0.30 transaction fee applies per personalized item starting from the 1,001st order.
All paid plans include unlimited features, unlimited print-ready file exports, free internal AI effects, and integration with fulfillment partners, along with a 14-day free trial.

### 2. What is counted as an order?
Each personalized item in a customer’s checkout is counted as **one order**.
For example: if a customer orders 3 personalized t-shirts in one checkout, it counts as 3 orders toward your monthly usage.

### 3. What happens when I exceed my order limit?
* On the **Beginner Plan**, orders beyond the 10 free orders will not be sent for fulfillment.
* On the **Starter, Pro, and Elite Plans**, once you exceed the free order quota, transaction fees apply per personalized item as described above.

### 4. What does the “transaction fee per personalized item” mean?
A transaction fee applies to each additional personalized item beyond your plan’s free quota.
For example: on the Starter Plan, if you receive 120 personalized items in a month, 100 are free, and 20 incur the $0.70 fee each.

### 5. When does the billing cycle start?
The billing cycle starts the moment you subscribe to a paid plan and renews every 30 days. Free order limits and transaction fee counts reset at the beginning of each cycle.

### 6. Is there a free trial?
Yes! The **Starter, Pro, and Elite Plans** all come with a **14-day free trial**. During this period, you can use all features and process orders up to your plan’s free quota without being charged.

### 7. Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from the **Pricing** tab inside the Customix app.

### 8. What happens if I uninstall the app?
Once uninstalled, your subscription will automatically be cancelled. You won’t be billed again, and no orders will be processed through the app until you reinstall.
