1. How does the pricing work?

Customix offers four pricing plans to fit your business needs:

  • Beginner Plan: Free — includes 10 free orders per month.
  • Starter Plan: $14.99/month — includes 100 free orders per month. After that, $0.70 per personalized item starting from the 101st order.
  • Pro Plan: $29.99/month — includes 350 free orders per month. After that, $0.50 per personalized item starting from the 351st order.
  • Elite Plan: $99.99/month — includes 1,000 free orders per month. After that, $0.30 per personalized item starting from the 1001st order.

All plans include unlimited features, real-time product preview, and integrations with fulfillment partners.


2. What is counted as an order?

Each personalized item in a customer’s checkout is counted as one order.

For example: if a customer orders 3 personalized t-shirts in one checkout, it counts as 3 orders toward your monthly usage.


3. What happens when I exceed my order limit?

  • On the Beginner Plan, orders beyond the 10 free orders will not be sent for fulfillment.
  • On the Starter, Pro, and Elite Plans, once you exceed the free order quota, transaction fees apply per personalized item as described above.


4. What does the “transaction fee per personalized item” mean?

A transaction fee applies to each additional personalized item beyond your plan’s free quota.

For example: on the Starter Plan, if you receive 120 personalized items in a month, 100 are free, and 20 incur the $0.70 fee each.


5. When does the billing cycle start?

The billing cycle starts the moment you subscribe to a paid plan and renews every 30 days. Free order limits and transaction fee counts reset at the beginning of each cycle.


6. Is there a free trial?

Yes! The Starter, Pro, and Elite Plans all come with a 14-day free trial. During this period, you can use all features and process orders up to your plan’s free quota without being charged.


7. Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from the Pricing tab inside the Customix app.


8. What happens if I uninstall the app?

Once uninstalled, your subscription will automatically be cancelled. You won’t be billed again, and no orders will be processed through the app until you reinstall.
