1. How does the pricing work?
Customix offers two pricing plans:
Free Plan: $0/month — includes 10 free orders per month.
Growth Plan: $12.95/month — includes 100 free orders per month. After that, it’s $0.30 per additional line item, capped at a maximum of $1,000 in charges per billing cycle.
2. What is counted as an order?
Each order sent to a fulfillment service is counted as one order, regardless of the number of items in it. If a customer orders multiple products in one checkout, each individual product (line item) is counted toward the usage.
3. What happens when I exceed my order limit?
On the Free plan, orders beyond the 10 free orders will not be sent for fulfillment.
On the Growth plan, any orders beyond the 100 free orders will incur a charge of $0.30 per line item. Billing is capped at a maximum of $1,000 per billing cycle.
4. What does “$0.30 per line item” mean?
A line item refers to a single product in an order. For example, if one customer orders 2 different t-shirts, that’s counted as 2 line items.
5. When does the billing cycle start?
The billing cycle starts the moment you subscribe to the Growth Plan and renews every 30 days. Usage (i.e., free and paid orders) resets at the beginning of each new cycle.
6. Is there a free trial?
Yes! The Growth Plan comes with a 14-day free trial. During this time, you can use all features and submit up to 100 free orders without being charged.
7. Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from the Pricing tab inside the Customix app.
8. What happens if I uninstall the app?
Once uninstalled, your subscription will automatically be cancelled. You won’t be billed again, and no orders will be processed through the app until you reinstall.
