Order information
The Order Information section in Customix helps you track and manage all your personalized product orders efficiently. Here is an overview of the Order Dashboard interface and how to interpret each section.
You can manage all orders from the Orders Dashboard accessible in the left-hand app menu.
This dashboard gives you a quick overview of:
Order ID and Date
Customer Name
Total Order Value
Transaction Fees
Payment Status (e.g., Paid)
Fulfillment Status (e.g., In Progress, Fulfilled)
Customization Count (how many personalization actions were taken)

You can also use the filters at the top (All, Unfulfilled, Unpaid, Closed) to sort and review orders based on their current fulfillment state. The Export button lets you batch download all order data and print files.
When you click on the order, you can see the detail of that order.

At the top of the order card, you can quickly see the fulfillment status:
Unfulfilled: This order hasn't been fulfilled yet.
(Other statuses like Fulfilled or Cancelled will appear when applicable.)
You’ll also find:
A clickable campaign ID (e.g., #01js0g7nx0f5fje789jt5px2pv) that links to the original campaign setup
The full campaign name and product title
The selected size of the product (e.g., 11" x 14")
A Customizations link, which lets you view the customer's selected options
Under Print files, you'll see a visual preview of the finalized personalized product as it will be sent to fulfillment. This image is auto-generated based on the customer's input. You just need to click on the print file to download it for manually fulfillment or inspection.
On the right side, you'll find:
Customer name
IP address used during the order
App version
User agent string (device/browser information)
Platform (e.g., Shopify)
This section is helpful for verifying customer origin or troubleshooting technical issues.
Click the Export button to download the order details and print file for production or backup purposes.

2. Order Details
