Multi-Stores Management
The Multi-Stores feature in Customix allows merchants to manage multiple stores under the same email account and assign staff members with different permissions, without requiring Shopify access.
Step 1: Access the Customix App
- Go to https://app.customix.io/
- Log in using your Store URL or account credentials.
Step 2: Multi-Store Synchronization
- If you have multiple stores registered under the same email address, they will automatically sync together.
- You can easily switch between stores from the store selector dropdown menu (see screenshot example).
Step 3: Invite Staff Members
Merchants can invite staff to help manage Customix directly:
- Go to Settings > Account.
- Under Staff members, click Invite staff member.
- Enter the staff member’s email address.
- Assign permissions to control which parts of the dashboard the staff can access and manage (e.g., Assets, Templates, Campaigns, Orders, Product Bases).
Step 4: Assign Permissions
- Permissions can be View (read-only) or Manage (create, edit, delete).
- This ensures staff can handle Customix setup and customization tasks without requiring access to the merchant’s Shopify admin.
With Multi-Stores and Staff Permissions, Customix gives merchants flexibility to collaborate with their teams while maintaining full control and security.
