MerchOne Integration
MerchOne is a Vietnam-based POD (Print-on-Demand) supplier offering competitive pricing and a wide range of custom products. By integrating MerchOne with Customix, you can seamlessly send personalized orders from your Shopify store to MerchOne for fulfillment.
Step 1. Generate Your MerchOne API Key
- Log in to your MerchOne account.
- From the left-hand sidebar, go to Stores → Select Your Store → Settings.
- Under Store Credentials, copy the API Key shown. (If you don’t have one, click Generate new API key.)
- Save your API key somewhere safe — you’ll need it to connect with Customix.
Step 2. Open Fulfillment Settings in Customix
- In your Shopify admin, go to Apps → Customix Personalizer.
- From the sidebar, select Settings → Fulfillments.
- Scroll down the list of POD providers and find MerchOne.
- Click on MerchOne to open the integration page.
Step 3. Connect Dreamship with Customix
- In the Credential section, paste your MerchOne API Key into the field.
- Click Check API Key to verify the connection.
- Once verified, select the MerchOne store you want to connect.
- Save your settings.
Once connected, MerchOne will appear as an active fulfillment provider in your Customix dashboard. All new orders from your Customix campaigns will automatically sync to MerchOne for production and fulfillment.
Notes & Tips
- Multiple Stores: If you run multiple MerchOne stores, ensure you connect the correct one under the Storedropdown.
