# Manually Add a Product to Product Base (Only In Legacy Version)

This guide will walk you through how to manually create a new product listing in your Customix Product Base. This is useful when you want to define custom product specifications that are not tied to fulfillment partners (e.g., Printify, Printful).

# Step 1: Open Product Base
* Navigate to **Product Base** from the main menu.
* Click the **Add** button on the top-right corner of the screen.

# Step 2: Set Up Basic Product Info
* **Product Name**: Enter the product name (e.g., "Unisex Softstyle T-Shirt").
* **Fulfillment**: By default, this is set to "Manual" when adding custom products.

# Step 3: Define Print Areas
* Click **Add print area** (e.g., Front, Back).
* Specify the **print dimensions** in pixels (e.g., 4200 x 5400 px).
* You can add multiple print areas if needed.
> ✅ Tip: Match print size to your design resolution for the best results.

# Step 5: Add Product Variants
* Scroll to the **Variants** section.
* Click **Add option** and name it (e.g., "Size", "Color").
