How Can I Control Text Capitalization for Customer Input?
You can control how customer-entered text is displayed (uppercase, lowercase, or normal format) directly inside your template settings.
To set this up, first create or open a Template. Add a Text layer, then enable Personalize text in the right-side panel.

Once personalization is enabled, you will see additional configuration options. In the Text transform dropdown, you can choose how the customer’s input should be formatted:
- **Normal: **Displays the text exactly as entered by the customer
- **Uppercase: **Automatically converts all characters to uppercase
- **Lowercase: **Automatically converts all characters to lowercase

This setting will be applied to both the live preview and the final generated output. No matter how the customer types their text, Customix will automatically convert it to match the format you selected.
