Dreamship is a POD (Print-on-Demand) platform with a wide product range and global fulfillment capabilities. By integrating Dreamship with Customix, you can automatically send personalized orders from your store to Dreamship for production and fulfillment.

Follow the steps below to connect your Dreamship account with Customix:

Step 1. Generate Your Dreamship API Key

1. Log in to your Dreamship account.
2. From the left-hand sidebar, go to Settings → API.
3. Under API Key, click Create New API Key if you don’t already have one.
4. Once created, click Copy to copy your API key to the clipboard.

👉 This key is required to connect Dreamship to Customix.

Step 2. Open Fulfillment Settings in Customix

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Apps → Customix Personalizer.
2. From the sidebar, select Settings → Fulfillments.
3. Scroll down the list of POD providers and find Dreamship.
4. Click on Dreamship to open the integration page.

Step 3. Connect Dreamship with Customix

1. In the Credential section, paste your Dreamship API Key into the field.
2. Click Check API Key to verify the connection.
3. Once verified, select the Dreamship store you want to connect.
4. Save your settings.

After connecting, Dreamship will appear as an active fulfillment provider in your Customix dashboard. Orders created through your Customix campaigns will now automatically sync to Dreamship for fulfillment.

Notes & Tips

• Advanced Webhooks: Dreamship automatically enables advanced webhooks for order updates. No additional setup is required.
• Multiple Stores: If you manage more than one store, ensure you connect the correct Dreamship store under the Store dropdown.
