When shoppers personalize a product using Customix, the app ensures a clear and intuitive buying experience from customization to checkout. Below is an overview of what customers see after adding a personalized product to their cart.

1. Custom Preview Thumbnail

Customers will see a real-time preview of the design they created, including all cliparts, text, and uploaded photos.

2. Custom Details Summary

All selected custom options (e.g., skin tone, outfit, pet breed, names, text fields, etc.) are listed directly in the cart so customers can review their choices.

3. Edit Design Button

Customers can click “Edit Design” to return to the customizer and update any options before completing their purchase.

This flow helps customers confirm their design, reduce mistakes, and proceed to checkout with confidence.
