# Create a Word Search Puzzle

The **Word Search** element allows you to automatically generate a word search puzzle from the names entered by customers. This is commonly used for personalized gifts such as shirts, posters, or family-themed designs.

# Step 1: Add a Word Search Element
* Open your **Template Editor**.
* Go to **Text** on the left sidebar.
* Select \*\*Word Search \*\*to insert it into your design.
The word search grid will appear on the canvas and can be resized or repositioned like any other design element.

# Step 2: Enable Customer Personalization
If you want customers to enter their own names, scroll down to the **Personalization** section and enable **Personalize text**.
Then configure:
* **Label:** the field name shown to customers (e.g., *Enter Names*).
* \*\*Help text: \*\*instructions displayed under the input field.
* **Max length:** limit the number of characters.
* \*\*Required: \*\*require customers to enter names before checkout.
Once enabled, customers will be able to type names and the puzzle will automatically regenerate based on their input.

# Step 3: Configure the Puzzle
After adding the element, you can configure the puzzle settings in the **right-side panel**.

You can also change the font of the letters in the puzzle just like any text layer by clicking **Font** in the top toolbar and choose your preferred font.
